  1. These terms and conditions shall apply to the “Wearnes Harley-Davidson Homecoming Experience” Lucky Draw Promotion 2023 (“Promotion”) by Wearnes Automotive Pte Ltd (“WAPL”).
  2. By registering or taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Promotion Terms and Condition and the decisions of WAPL in relation to and in connection with the Promotion.
  3. The contest period is from 1 January 2023 till 30 April 2023 both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  4. WAPL reserves the right to change the Promotion Period, to withdraw, discontinue, terminate or alter the Promotion or the terms and conditions at any time at its and their sole discretion, without notice or liability to any person. 
  5. This promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners residing in Singapore who purchase a new Harley-Davidson motorcycle from WAPL from 1 January 2023 till 30 April 2023.
  6. Employees and their immediate families of WAPL, and each of their advertising agencies (including, without limitation, any external auditor) who are directly involved in organizing or the conduct of the Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion as determined by WAPL in their sole discretion. 
  7. WAPL have the absolute direction to determine the eligibility of customers. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and WAPL is not obliged to give any reason for its or their determination.
  8. During the Promotion Period, each new Harley-Davidson motorcycle purchase will entitle Eligible Customers to qualify for:
  9. One (1) chance for Model Year 2023 models purchased 
  10. Two (2) chances for Model Year 2022 models purchased 
  11. Eligible customers will be issued a Unique Serialised Lucky Draw Form. Completed Lucky Draw Forms must be deposited in the official Lucky Draw Box located at the Wearnes Harley-Davidson of Singapore Showroom, 45 Leng Kee Road, Level 6, Singapore 159103.
